Dear Jim:

I am writing this letter to you to let you know how well I have been treated
by Bob Beatty and Pamela Beatty not just on one transaction but in the
purchase of my home when I was the buyer and Bob was the selling agent and
now in the sale of the same home and Bob and Pamela are my selling agents. I mention the first transaction because Bob was not my agent but when I had
questions regarding the house Bob helped me and was very kind and
understanding. It was my first home and as we know many buyers are nervous.
I felt that I was getting a good home and my own agent Chic Cirona was
wonderful and so was Bob. And Bob wasn't even my agent at the time.

Now I am selling the home I purchased seven years ago and Bob and Pamela
have been there for every issue that has come up. They are both diplomatic,
caring and also very good at narrowing issues quickly. We worked together to
negotiate an acceptable contract price in this tough market. Everything
that I may have needed was addressed from negotiation of the contract,
price, inspection issues and availability to deal with inspections. I
couldn't be present at some inspections and Pam was there.

Pamela Beatty handled issues that came up that perhaps with another agent
may have killed the deal, but Pam handled the issues so quickly and Bob did
his magic in the backround to assure that any and all issues were resolved.
These are difficult times for all concerned. Buyers are struggling to come
up with their deposits and holding their breath waiting for their mortgage
commitments and sellers are faced with lower prices. Having a set of
compassionate agents who handle issues both good and bad with a sense of
humor and unlimited kindness is appreciated. These transactions even in
these tough times can be fun.

Pam and Bob made my transaction easier. I felt that I was in good hands and
knew that it was a "we" situation and not just me. We are closing our deal
with no issues and I suspect that many deals that Pam and Bob have close
properly because they handle them properly.

I will always Recommend Pam and Bob Beatty for all transactions.
